Are those solutions free?
Yes, the offer includes:
- One account per company.
- Limited amount of 100 classified ADs or shopping items per account.
- Unlimited amount of install using the plug-in or redirect link methods per account.
- One install under your own domain name.
- A shared internet bandwidth of 2Mb/s.

How come it is offered as ‘free’?
We simply want to give any commercial entity the ability to develop their commerce on the internet at no cost. Offering a service as ‘free’ is a cost for us and the expense is covered by our customer giving us the liberty to publish a copy of their items as a demo onto our website(s).
 
What if I don’t want my product to be included onto your websites?
You have the option to exclude your items from our websites; However we will charge a fee to any customer who may apply this option.

Do you display any advertisement on my ecommerce?
No. we do not display any of its advertisement on the location where you installed your e-Commerce (your websites or resellers’ websites).

Can I add Commercial banners from ex. Google AdSense to my Ecommerce layout?
Yes, two locations on the layout are available to you for adding custom HTML code, as an example html tags provided by Google AdSense.

Do you run comparative price between your customers on its website(s)?
No, we do not compare price on our website(s).

Do my classified Ads or shopping items get listed under the most popular search engine?
Yes. All items will automatically be listed on all search engines under the condition your products are published via our website(s) or that you have installed our solution under your own domain name.
Subsequently, every classified or shopping item inserted will automatically be indexed and referenced under the most popular search engine.

How long does it take for my Ads or Shopping items to get listed on the most popular search engines?
Expect from 2 to 3 weeks delay before getting your information listed on Google or Yahoo.

Can I get your solutions installed under my own domain name?
Yes, since the installation demands additional work on our side, we may ask or not an extra fee.  

Can I get users statistic from my E-commerce.
Yes. Two locations on the layout are available to you for adding custom HTML code as an example Google analytics.

How can I make my account more secure?
You should use a strong password, using small, capital letters and number. You may also consider locking your account to a fixed IP number.

How do I publish my solution in other countries?
The E-commerce VAT and shipping taxes are set accordingly to the country you registered from. If you registered your account from France, shipping taxes are calculated based on the price list given by the French postal offices. The same goes for the VAT, 19.6 %. If you would like to operate an e-
Commerce from another country, you will need to subscribe a separate account with mentioning the country location you would like to operate from.

How do I publish my solution in other languages?
No matter from which country you registered your account from, you can still localize your e-commerce and publish it in another language. The default site language it set by the country you registered from. If you wish to localize your e-commerce, you will simply need to change the site language by clicking the language abbreviation (ex US | FR | NO | etc…) at the top right corner of your account page. Doing so, you will be able to administrate and publish your e-commerce in another language.

Do I need separate account to use all the solution you offer?
No, from one account you can enable and disabled any solutions.
